<p>We are interested in finding a person who wants to join an early stage startup. He will be responsible for answering questions about our application via e-mail.
</p>
<p>It might be fun because you'll be working directly with users, some of which will ask easy questions.  It might be lame because you might get overwhelmed at times by support issues.
</p>
<p>The requirements are:
<ul>
    <li>5 years of experience in support</li>
    <li>Willingness to use Bugzilla</li>
    <li>Shrinkwrap style apps career focus or experience preferred</li>
    <li>Living in the Silicon Valley from San Jose to Mountain View</li>
</ul>
