Entrepreneurial Software Developer

We are interested in finding a person who wants to launch their own startup but doesn't feel that they can do it themselves. While we encourage people to launch startups without our help, we are willing to help with motivation and advice in exchange for a reasonable equity stake.

It might be fun because you'll get to start your own startup in the context of working at another startup. It might be lame because you'll have to deal with a minority partner in your startup.

The requirements are:

High proficiency in software or Web development

Genuine interest in launching your own startup

Willingness to bootstrap your own startup

Familiarity with books such as High Stakes, No Prisoners, Startup and Burn Rate

Living in the Silicon Valley from San Jose to Mountain View

If interested, e-mail careers@sqlaware.com..
